Shipping Policy
A shipping charge will be calculated at checkout for items available to be shipped. Items that are not designated as available for shipping may be picked up at my studio or can be delivered for a fee depending on location. If you have questions regarding shipping, pickup or delivery, please contact me by text, call, or email.
Return & Exchange Policy
I am unfortunately not able to offer refunds but am happy to work out an exchange or credit if the original item arrives damaged during the shipping process or does not meet your expectations. For order exchanges that are not the result of damage during shipping, customers are responsible for covering the costs of repackaging and shipping both the returned item and the replacement item. If any item arrives damaged, please contact me to arrange for either a replacement of that item or an exchange.
